Job Description Job Title - Senior D365 Commerce POS Developer Experience - 5 – 10 Years Location - Bangalore (Hybrid) Notice - Immediate Joiner Requirements: Sr. Software Engineer will lead D365 Commerce POS development, deployment, and integration initiatives across Columbia Sportswear retail stores and global retail operations. Job Specifications Minimum 5-8 years of MPOS/ePOS development experience Strong expertise in: MPOS/CPOS CRT Retail Server Hardware Station X++ TypeScript C# Experience with Retail SDK and extensibility framework. Experience supporting live POS environments. Experience integrating payment systems and third-party applications. Strong troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities Develop MPOS/CPOS customizations. Support production POS systems across stores. Troubleshot payment and deployment issues. Coordinate with retail operations teams during incidents. Support POS deployments and rollouts. Configure Retail Server and Hardware Station. Build integrations with third-party systems. Participate in Agile development and release activities. Ensure up time and stability of POS environments.
