Oracle CC&B/CCS Solution Architect

Role Overview: You will be working as an Oracle CC&B/CCS Solution Architect with a focus on Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in utility business processes including Meter-to-Cash, Customer Service, Billing, Payments, Collections, and Revenue Management. Additionally, you will be responsible for hands-on experience with CC&B architecture, configuration, customization, workflows, algorithms, batch processing, and integrations. Your knowledge and skills will be crucial in integrating CC&B with various systems and ensuring the overall functionality of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
