Responsibilities At least 8 years of AWS Connect experience
Experience in implementing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace for contact centers Experience in customizing Amazon Connect Agent Workspace, integrating with 3rd-party applications, and designing Agent Workflow Guides Experience building conversational interfaces using Amazon LEX Capability to write CloudFormation templates Experience working with Azure DevOps and GitHub Must have good communication skills and Team leading experience Develop PoCs, prototypes, demonstrations and assets Work with AWS business development, sales and architecture teams for campaigns, opportunities and solutions
