Deputy Director of Data Analytics and Research

Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 /year | Reporting to the Director of Research and Strategic Investments, the Deputy Director of Data Analytics and Research leads the Data Analytics and Research Unit. This Unit evaluates and advises on Office policies and initiatives, measures performance against strategic goals, supports program and policy development, improves internal operations, collaborates with external research and government partners, and promotes data transparency within the Office and to the public.

The Deputy Director manages a team of approximately 10 research and policy analysts and data engineers responsible for producing original research, reports, and policy analysis. This role requires strong management, analytical, research and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate can lead a highly technical team while coordinating effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to advance projects.
