Job Title: Manager Business Analyst (Technology) Location: Mumbai Experience: 8 12 Years Employment Type: Full time / Permanent Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. - Create functional specifications and system design documents. - Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria. - Develop and manage user stories in Agile/Scrum environments. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and application testing activities. - Ensure SDLC compliance and regulatory adherence. - Handle production support and incident management. - Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across projects.
