MERN Stack - Lead

As a MERN Stack Developer, your primary role will involve developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications using the MERN stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience solutions. Additionally, you will optimize application performance, scalability, and security, develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, and write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. It will also be your responsibility to participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience solutions - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices - Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers - Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in customer experience and full-stack development Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/B.E in Computers - 3 - 8 years of experience in software development - Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB - Hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable applications - Proficiency in designing and working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture - Experience in customer experience (CX) solutions or related domains - Good understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment - Excellent communication and collaboration skills This job offers a competitive salary range from 600,000.00 to 1,800,000.00 per year.
