Sr. MEP Design Manager

Designation: Sr. MEP Design Manager Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore Experience: 25+Years Salary: upto 60 LPA Key Responsibilities • Lead the MEP design process from concept through construction and ensure technical excellence. • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and construction teams for seamless system integration. • Design HVAC systems, including cooling load estimation, duct layout, and ventilation systems. • Prepare tender documents, design brief reports, calculations, and BOQs. • Review and validate design drawings, specifications, and equipment schedules. • Ensure compliance with local codes, Green Building regulations, and international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and IFC. • Conduct value engineering to optimise cost, performance, and energy efficiency. • Oversee MEP design deliverables and schedules to align with overall project timelines. • Coordinate and submit documents to authorities such as Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Trakhees (EHS) for approvals. • Prepare 2D drawings and ensure accurate services coordination among all mechanical disciplines.
