About the role
Key Responsibilities Project Management, Planning & Site Supervision of the MEP contractor s work. Review of Materials Submittals, Technical Submittals, Shop Drawings, Method Statements, and bill certification. Carry out site inspection. Review, approve, and supervise Testing & Commissioning and handing over documents. Liaison with Clients, Contractor, Statutory Authorities & other terms. Preparation of BOQ and Cost Estimation. Attending techno-commercial, pre-bid meetings. Client Coordination. Chair MEP site meetings. Handle projects independently. Ensuring a safe working environment for everyone at the site. Assisting the Management and superiors in preparing the project report and budget. Requirements to Apply Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Ability to read and understand designs and schematics Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work Excellent coordination and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
