Collections Analyst

Job Description: You will own and manage all the Data and MIS requirements that are needed to run/govern day-to-day operations and perform data analysis for the collections. What you will do: Design and implement frameworks to automate and deploy Management Information System (MIS), data integration, and manual operations workflows, streamlining processes and reducing manual effort. Create databases and data marts that are required for performing analysis quickly and efficiently. Work with product & data teams to get the build data pipelines required for creating the required databases/data marts Perform analysis and provide data-backed recommendations for solving difficult problems and improving operational efficiency Work along with the collections strategy team in getting the recommendations implemented and understanding the improvements because of the recommendations Must haves Excellent data manipulation skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL Ability to create database design and data marts required for governing of day-to-day operations and performing analytics Ability to create monitoring frameworks to understand every step of the existing process and suggest improvements Flexible to extend working hours to deliver the requirements Ability to do basic root cause analysis and provide recommendations to the stakeholders Nice to have Experience of data manipulation in Python/PySpark Should have experience in working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight etc. Benefits : 5 Days working .
