Job Description: Job Title: SAP Data Migration Consultant LTMC/LTMOM Experience Required: 4 6 Years Role: On Contract Work Mode: Work from home Location: Bangalore HSR Layout (Work from home- with travel to the Bangalore office as and when required and Preferably candidates from South) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and Legacy System Migration Workbench (LTMOM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM).Analyze legacy data and map it to SAP data structures, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Prepare migration objects, templates, and transformation rules for SAP S/4HANA migration projects.Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation between legacy systems and SAP.Collaborate with functional consultants to understand master and transactional data requirements.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve migration errors during data loads.Develop and maintain migration-related documentation including test scripts, mappings, and migration logs.Support cutover and go-live activities ensuring smooth transition of data to SAP S/4HANA.Provide post-migration support for data-related issues. Required Skills: Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and LTMOM.Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and data validation.Good understanding of SAP Master Data (Material, Customer, Vendor, etc.) and Transactional Data migration.Knowledge of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, PM is a plus.Proficiency in Excel, CSV, or other data formats used for migration.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Experience with cutover planning and go-live support. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.SAP S/4HANA migration project experience of minimum 46 years.SAP certification in Data Migration, S/4HANA, or relevant modules is desirable.
