About Voy Since 2019, Voy has transformed the health of more than 20 Lakh members globally across the Europe, Germany, Brazil, and we're now in India to administer evidence-based, science-led medical care. Voy India, previously EarlyFit, is India's first full-stack metabolic health and weight loss platform. Built at the intersection of healthcare, science, and consumer technology, we have combined GLP-1, medical expertise, endocrinologist-led care, diagnostics, nutrition coaching, and ongoing behavioural support into one seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations. Partner with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to understand reporting needs. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence. Strong proficiency in SQL with experience querying large datasets. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
