About the role
As a UI/UX Designer, your role will involve designing high-quality, user-friendly interfaces for various client projects across web, mobile, and desktop applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing intuitive and visually consistent interfaces for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and desktop applications. - Creating wireframes, user flows, UI mockups, and high-fidelity designs based on client requirements and business goals. - Working with design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across client products. - Designing conversion-focused landing pages for product launches and marketing campaigns. - Creating visual assets for social media, ads, banners, and other digital marketing materials. - Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure smooth design handoff and execution. - Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, adapting quickly to feedback and changing priorities. - Ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, brand-aligned, and build-ready. In terms of qualifications, you are expected to be familiar with tools and platforms such as: - Figma (UI design, components, auto-layout, prototyping) - Design systems and component-based workflows - Responsive design for web and mobile - Core UX principles including usability, hierarchy, and accessibility basics Additionally, you will be required to learn on the job, including client-specific design systems and brand guidelines, design-to-development handoff workflows, landing page platforms, marketing formats, and platform-specific asset requirements. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and visual consistency, the ability to explain and defend design decisions, comfort in a fast-paced agency environment, an ownership mindset for quality delivery, clean file management, and an eagerness to learn new tools and domains quickly. Nice to have skills include a basic understanding of HTML and CSS, experience working with startups or B2B platforms, and awareness of WCAG accessibility standards. Please note that this position is specifically focused on web/mobile/desktop user interface design, and candidates with experience only in graphic designing are advised to refrain from applying.
