Fit-out & Civil Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Fit-out & Civil Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience to lead our team in managing fit-out operations and civil works for commercial properties in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in property management. Roles and Responsibility Monitor and review policies and systems to ensure relevance and initiate changes to improve property management processes. Develop and maintain good communication and relationships with tenants and suppliers. Coordinate and carry out improvement and upgrading works to building or system requirements. Enforce and monitor various work programs to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Manage ad-hoc projects such as infrastructure and system upgrades, ensuring input on requirements meets operational needs. Lead a team of technicians for maintenance and repair, fostering a safety-first culture through safe work practices. Prepare and collate information for monthly management reporting, analyzing variances from budgeted expenses. Participate in the preparation of the annual budget. Job Requirements A degree in Civil Engineering is required, along with at least 6-8 years of relevant experience in civil works and fit-out operations. Familiarity with all phases of property management and procurement of property management services is essential. Possess sound knowledge of building M&E systems, including BMS and BAS monitoring. Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is necessary. Experience working with SAP is advantageous. Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, and good computer literacy. Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
