UI/ UX Designer

Responsibilities : Design and implement front- end interfaces utilizing Javascript, HTML, and CSS. Collaborate with Project and Product Teams to understand and identify customer needs and requests and reflect them in the product design. Work with Software Engineering to ensure products reflect a consistent design that positively impacts user experience. Create, maintain, and monitor user analytics data. Reflect user tendencies and preferences in product discussions and workflows. Participate in project conception and development. Identify user personas, model workflows, develop prototypes, and implement fantastic interfaces. Design user experiences that are intuitive, clear, and forward thinking. Requirement: Bacheloracirceurotrades degree in human factors, user interaction design, information design, or a related discipline, or its equivalent experience. 7 years of related experience as an interaction/ user interface designer, preferably for desktop graphics software applications and/ or graphics software applications with demonstrated achievements and progressive responsibilities. Strong online portfolio that exhibits expertise in visual design, UI/ UX, and application work High level of skill with design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Pixel- perfect attention to detail and have good craftsmanship Passion for designing products with simple, intuitive experiences Comfort in designing for multiple platforms Excellent communication skills and the ability to pitch your ideas confidently Keen ability to consider and incorporate feedback
