About the role
You are a highly talented ITX Specialist who will be joining the Integration Support team to provide exceptional support for both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest standards and quality are met. Your primary focus will be on supporting the EDI/API processes, integrations, and its platform across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform 2nd level/3rd Level support on ITX maps. - Execute map updates and fixes on ITX maps. - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ITX issues and provide training to the rest of the team on ITX based troubleshooting. - Learn and engage in other support activities related to supporting integrations and the underlying platform. Qualifications Required: - Possess a degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent. - Proficient in ITX mapping, including knowledge of best practices and performance aspects. - Familiarity with middleware such as Sterling Integrator and IBM API Connect. - Knowledge of DevOps or ArgoCD, cloud platforms, etc., would be advantageous. - Proficient in programming and scripting languages like Python, Bash, and Groovy. - Experience working with the Agile methodology and its management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
