About the role
About the Project: We are building an enterprise workflow and document management platform that digitizes complex business operations across multiple departments. The platform replaces manual Excel-based processes with structured workflows, approvals, document generation, reporting, audit trails, and business automation. The system serves departments including Operations, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, HR, IT, and Management, handling thousands of business records and documents. The application is built using modern backend technologies with a strong focus on reliability, maintainability, and performance. Role and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend features using Python and Django. Build scalable REST APIs using Django REST Framework. Design efficient PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and migrations. Develop complex workflow engines involving approvals, state transitions, and business rules. Build dynamic document generation features (DOCX/PDF) from templates and structured data. Implement role-based access control and permission systems. Develop dashboards, reports, exports, and operational analytics. Optimize application performance, database queries, and background processing. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Review code, participate in architecture discussions, and improve engineering standards. Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
