About the role
Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive programs to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure program success. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure effective allocation of funds and meeting project milestones. Analyze data to track program performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Job Requirements: 10-22 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Program Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of F&O programming language and its applications in supply chain management. planning/schedule/roadmap or tracking track level status, guiding/mentoring team. Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to delivery using dynamic methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
