Role: Marketing & Sales Analyst - Cleantech Finance B2B FinTech - Delhi NCR - Marman Climate Smart Technology Private Limited (Marman) is a Lending FinTech startup focused on Climate Finance in India, for segments including rooftop solar, waste management, DRE-agri-tech, e-Buses, green buildings, industrial waste-water treatment, and such other environment-related segments. Marman's business model is to underwrite early-stage and mid-sized B2B vendor partners in these Cleantech segments, and extend debt related services to them and their customers (SMEs or underserved segments), for their cleantech projects, without any hard collateral. Marman Climate Services Private Limited is a wholly-owned-subsidiary of Marman. - Marman is looking to recruit a Marketing & Sales Analyst- B2B Cleantech Finance- full-time based in their Sector-56, Gurugram location, to join a start-up in its foundation stages- with all the joys and uncertainty associated with it! The candidate will take end-to-end ownership of GTM strategies, sales funnel analysis, messaging, content, public relations, product marketing, contributing towards sales, keeping CAC low and LTV high, while strengthening the Marman brand and platform. The candidate must have a "can do" attitude for "rapid innovation" in the segments we cater to, collaborating with different teams as per Marman strategy. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that requires you to constructively take the lead for the assigned roles and responsibilities, without having to lean on a supporting team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Undertake the sales funnel analysis & product marketing function, including end-to-end customer & product journey from product management to customer success functions along with content marketing - Be a spokesperson for Marman in various forums, which will require you to understand the scope, strategy, and impact of Marman's work, including the FinTech tools and technical aspects of the segments we cater to - Ensure that product marketing assets are utilized for driving commercial outcomes - Collaborate with different teams within and outside Marman, to develop compelling messaging and positioning for Marman - Conduct a competitive analysis from time-to-time, to identify gaps in content coverage - Design, maintain and improve the website content and traffic with positive commercial outcomes for Marman - Contribute towards sales and vendor partner initiatives - Ensure the highest quality standards in market communications for the Company, strengthening the Marman brand and reputation profitably in the market and industry forums - Contribute actively in refining Marman's growth strategy, assist in corporate functions including investor relations, social media content, and all emerging marketing initiatives as directed by the company leadership. Requirements: - You must be keen to join and be able to thrive in a startup that aims to grow aggressively in the sustainability finance space - Must have relevant prior 1+ years in Cleantech industry (VCs or advisory) or with a Bank or NBFC - Must have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience with a renewable energy C&I player in India is a significant plus - Passion for climate and sustainable finance is a plus - Ability to work independently, focusing on key outcomes - MBA from a good institute preferred - Website management, Content marketing, and Copyright Development experience preferred - Prior experience of representing a company on various platforms preferred - Prior experience of setting up a marketplace preferred - Must have ability to work 'hands-on' and 'multi-task' effectively in a team - Location: Sector-56, Gurugram location of Marman (co-working space) - Compensation expectation up to - 15-16 LPA preferred, using your own laptop, mobile phone, transportation, licensed software for generating content for the company - Candidates may be hired/transferred in any of Marman's group companies - Must be comfortable in a goal-oriented environment, where integrity-lapse or non-performance can be adequate cause for termination - Must be comfortable to maintain frugality while not impacting customer-service or diluting the Marman brand.
