Job Title: Finance Business Analyst Shift Timings: General Shift (10:00AM 07:00PM IST) Role Summary The ERP Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements into meaningful data insights, reports, and dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making. This role works closely with finance, operations, and leadership to define KPIs, ensure data integrity, and deliver automated, reliable reporting solutions using ERP and BI platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in BI tools, ERP data structures, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilitie sTranslate business needs into data, reporting, and KPI requirements by engaging stakeholders and understanding decision-making objectives.Design, develop, optimize, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Grow BI, SSRS, Power BI, SQL, and related analytics platforms.Collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from ERP systems, databases, and data marts to ensure accuracy and consistency.Support report testing, deployment, scheduling, automation, and ongoing operational maintenance.Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure reliable, timely delivery of automated reports.Provide data-driven insights, trend analysis, visualizations and actionable recommendations to finance, operations, and leadership teams.Continuously improving reporting efficiency, data quality, and analytical processes . Mandatory Skil lsStrong experience with ERP systems and enterprise data structures.Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Grow BI, or similar).Solid understanding of KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance indicators.Strong data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance skills.Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill s.
