R&D Regional Functional Analyst - Quality

Role Overview: As a Functional Expert in the R&D Systems team, your primary responsibility is to ensure the sustainability and maintenance of deployed enterprise R&D Systems/Platforms across Mars Snacking, Petcare, and Food segments. You will collaborate closely with R&D Regional Systems Functional Experts, Key Business Users, and Corporate Product Owners to provide functional analysis and expertise to support the business. Your day-to-day activities will involve incident management, key user training support, translating business needs into technical requirements, defining test scripts, testing technical capability, analyzing issues and trends, and conducting root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Provide key user support as a point of escalation for system issues - Develop and maintain key/end user training curriculum and training materials - Create and maintain testing documentation including testing scenarios and scripts - Review service level effectiveness to drive continuous improvements - Collaborate with the development team to resolve system issues/bugs - Respond quickly to "Code Red" incidents and provide functional input for analysis, solutioning, testing, and approval - Support regional FEs in system/data quality compliance and root cause analysis of gaps - Assist with data analysis of Traceability issues or Regulatory queries - Manage incident management and change management processes - Support deployment activities by executing data and process analysis - Assist in defining business test case scenarios and translating them for development and testing teams - Provide input on reporting improvements and data analysis tools to relevant teams Qualifications Required: - Minimum bachelors degree in science, IT systems, or related field - Experience in R&D, Quality, R&D systems, Supply, or DT/Business partnership - Familiarity with Atlas, Nexus, and ERP Agnostic systems - Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in English - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Proficiency in Power Platforms (Apps, Power Automate, PBI) and advanced Excel or data analytics tools - Strong data analysis capability Additional Company Details: Omit this section as there are no additional details provided in the job description.
