Senior Business Systems Analyst - Information Technology

Role Overview: As a part of MarsDevs, you will lead end-to-end project discovery, including requirement gathering, scoping, and clarification. You will be responsible for drafting project proposals with clarity, structure, and strong technical grounding. Additionally, you will build and present technical solution drafts, especially in GenAI and Blockchain domains. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of solid BA experience in tech or product environments. - Hands-on experience drafting tech solutions for AI/ML, GenAI, and Blockchain (even at a high-level architecture). - Proven ability to estimate time and cost for medium to large projects. - Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and modern project delivery models.
