About the role
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder Certifications required.3-5 years of experience in Salesforce/FinancialForce administration, including user management and data management.Strong proficiency in Salesforce/FinancialForce configuration, including customizing objects, fields, and automating processes.Role Responsibilities: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing support of the FinancialForce (Certinia) platform.Customize and configure FinancialForce (Certinia) to meet business needs, including the creation of custom objects, fields, and formulas.Maintain user access, security settings, and perform regular system audits to ensure system integrity.Provide training, documentation, and assistance to users on the functionality of FinancialForce (Certinia).
