About the job: You will work directly with clients to understand business processes, configure Zoho applications, automate workflows, train users, and provide ongoing support. This is a client-facing consulting role with opportunities to work on digital transformation projects. Key responsibilities: 1. Implement and configure Zoho CRM based on client requirements. 2. Customize modules, layouts, fields, validation rules, and user roles. 3. Configure sales pipelines, lead management processes, and deal stages. 4. Create workflows, blueprints, approval processes, assignment rules, and automation. 5. Set up email templates, web forms, lead capture, and marketing campaigns. 6. Implement Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, Zoho Flow, SalesIQ, Projects, and People as per project scope. 7. Integrate Zoho with websites, Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, APIs, and third-party applications. 8. Import, clean, and migrate customer data. 9. Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management MIS. 10. Conduct client requirement gathering and solution discussions. 11. Prepare functional requirement documents (FRD) and implementation documentation. 12. Train end users and conduct onboarding sessions. 13. Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization. 14. Coordinate with developers for custom functions and API integrations where required. 15. Troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements.
