CAE Hex Meshing Engineer Experience: 1 to 2 years Job Location: Bengaluru Job Summary Handling and execution of all CAE solid (Hexa/Penta) meshing activities across multiple technical centers. Strategic Context and Challenges Supporting the PLW CAE team for meshing requests from different global sites. Deliverables Responsible for independently delivering high-quality meshed models in line with engineering standards. Tasks And Responsibilities Experience required: 1 to 2 years Strong expertise in 3D meshing (Hexa/Penta) Experience in meshing casting parts is preferred Knowledge of 2D/Shell meshing is an added advantage Strong fundamentals, analytical ability, and engineering basics Good communication skills and ability to work as a team player Responsible for quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks Support in achieving team goals Other Responsibilities Engage with team members for day-to-day activity evaluation Ensure FTQ (First Time Quality) and OTD (On-Time Delivery) targets are met Role Requirements Behavioral Competencies: Taking ownership, adding value, collaboration, curiosity, and simplifying processes Ability to independently handle assigned tasks Personal Characteristics Team player with proactive learning attitude Qualifications Diploma/Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
