Product Design and Modeling

As a CAD Designer, your role involves formal 3D CAD Modelling, creation of 2D & 3D Drawings, and conducting Designer CAE/CFD analysis. You will be responsible for: - Learning and delivering product data & drawing making of BIW parts, Bumpers, Instrument panel (Modelling), Wiper, and Fuel Tank. - Collaborating with in-house Product Modelling & Design teams to develop formal 3D CAD data / 2D & 3D drawings. - Coordinating with the Engineering Team for design/drawing modifications & data quality improvement. - Conducting Designer CAE/CFD analysis to predict design effectiveness & optimization. - Applying basic Engineering principles, Suzuki Engineering Standards (SES) to ensure accuracy of 3D data / drawing. In terms of competency requirements, you should have: Technical/Functional: - Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with computers. - Understanding of basic Engineering and Manufacturing processes. - Desirable experience in reading drawings, good communication & documentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and exposure/experience in CAD & Drawing skill set. Behavioral: - Self-managed with the ability to learn and adapt. - Target-oriented approach.
