DM/MGR - Best Manufacturing Process Coordinator

-Identification of improvement areas in vendor plants -Collaboration with vendors to conclude improvement projects, solution & implementation timelines -Collaboration with MSIL Consultants for successful deployment of improvements at suppliers -Monitoring of plant vs actual against identified KPIs -Creation of KPI performance reports & deployment of same to Top management Competencies: 1.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders 2.Display result-oriented approach 3.Keenness to execute 3G and spend time on supplier shop floor 4.Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. 5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6.Good analytical skills A.Technical 1.Strong understanding of manufacturing best practices 2.Ability to identify Improvement Areas at shop floor across processes and come up with actionable solutions 3.Having actual experience of shop floor involving process standardisation, efficiency improvements etc 4.Ability to prepare actionable Implementation Plan of proposed solutions along with manufacturer. Eligibility Criteria : Nature of Experience: Manufacturing industry with a large value chain is preferrable with exposure to Manufacturing/ Quality/ Supply Chain function.
