Engineer/Assistant Manager

Job Responsibility :- Handling mass production quality issues (CAPA, 8D , 5-Why analysis) Implement Quality improvement initiatives at vendors Vendor process change evaluation and approval Competency Requirements :- Functional knowledge of Performance parameters testing methods of Interior Plastic parts. Understanding of Moldflow analysis and actions based on mold flow Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma , PFMEA,FTA etc.. Working Knowledge of various inspection tools, gauges and test rigs. In-depth knowledge of plastic raw materials used in automotive applications Specific Expertise For Functional Area :- Computer proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentations. Ability to read CAD drawings (Knowledge of Unigraphics is preferable). Knowledge of Plastic Materials Simulation analysis using mold flow Ability to Conceptualize Checking fixtures and gauges along with Working Knowledge of various inspection tools, gauges and test rigs.
