Program Manager - RPA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Study existing processes in detail, do accurate Process Mapping and develop dashboards against the same Analyze process and conduct research to come up with solutions to business problems Identification of Critical Tasks and Project Prioritization Validate delivered Project and Facilitate UAT User Training Project Documentation (Requirement / Technical / Delivery / Test Cases / Knowledge transfer Hand over) Devise Manage program support processes Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Microsoft for issue resolution Shortlist, Onboard Manage a team of multiple developers / solution architects, to deploy use cases across various verticals in MSIL Manage architecture and security of Power BI Program Monitor and track Usage and Performance of published dashboards as well as Power BI Node Be updated with new Power BI features launched by Microsoft and implement the same, basis use case requirement Ideate with business users and build project pipelines for the program Managing Users and Expectations Create presentations to key decision makers (senior and mid-senior management) with varied levels of technical capabilities and awareness. COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS - RPA Dev experience with Automation Anywhere certification is a big plus . - Analytical Problem Solving capabilities with Interpersonal and consultative skills - Excellent communication Skills (verbal / email) - Technological inclination and up-to-date with newest technology trends like Low code platforms - Power BI / Power App, RPA, OCR, Data Lake and Data structuring - Certification and relevant experience in Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik - Well versed with Project Management tools like Jira, Visio, Confluence, Miro Board - Team handling skills, with experience of getting work done through internal / external teams - Collaborate with Senior Management to understand the company needs and devise possible solutions
