Senior UI/UX Designer

You will be joining Masai School as a Senior UI/UX Designer in Bangalore, bringing with you 58 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design. Your role will involve owning the visual design language across product and marketing, including landing pages, onboarding, campaign pages, and growth flows. You will design high-fidelity interfaces, interaction models, and prototypes that are both usable and visually distinctive. Additionally, you will create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and visual standards used across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing high-fidelity interfaces, interaction models, and prototypes - Creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and visual standards - Directing or producing visual assets such as illustrations, iconography, motion graphics, and micro-interactions - Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to shape design direction - Utilizing AI-powered design tools to accelerate exploration and execution Qualifications required for this role: - 58 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a strong focus on visual design - Prior experience in startups - Proficiency in Figma with motion design skills (Rive, or Lottie) being a plus - Experience in designing responsive interfaces, landing pages, and growth-focused experiences - Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills - Basic HTML/CSS awareness is a plus Nice to have skills include a background in EdTech, SaaS, AI, or consumer tech, experience in building or scaling design systems, and strong motion design skills such as animations and interactive experiences. Additionally, experience in navigating between stakeholders, clients, agencies, and teams would be beneficial for this role.
