Job Title: ERP / Cloud Accounting Consultant (Odoo | Xero | Zoho Books | Cloud Solutions) Location: Chidambaram (In-person role) Salary: 15,000 30,000 per month (based on experience) About the Role We are a growing Accounting and Corporate Secretarial firm looking for a dynamic ERP / Cloud Accounting Consultant to implement and support business software solutions for our clients. The role involves working with platforms such as Odoo, Xero, Zoho Books, and other cloud-based systems, delivering customized solutions based on client requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesERP & Software Implementation - Implement and configure Odoo, Xero, Zoho Books, or similar cloud accounting systems - Understand client business processes and map them into system workflows - Set up chart of accounts, invoicing, inventory, and reporting modules Customization & Solution Design - Customize system features based on client requirements - Suggest automation and process improvements - Coordinate with developers for advanced customization (if required) Client Handling & Support - Interact with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions - Conduct demos, training sessions, and onboarding support - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting Integration & Technology - Assist in integration with other tools (payment systems, CRM, etc.) - Stay updated on latest ERP / cloud software trends - Support digital transformation initiatives for SMEs Requirements - Diploma / Degree in Accounting, IT, or related field - 13 years experience in ERP / cloud accounting software preferred - Freshers with strong interest in ERP / software + accounting can apply - Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (important) - Exposure to Odoo / Xero / Zoho Books / Tally is an advantage - Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle clients - Valuable communication and learning attitude Benefits & Growth - Exposure to international (Singapore) accounting systems - Work on real client ERP implement .
