Lead Technical Product Manager - AI and Agentic Services

Role Overview: You will be the Lead Product Manager-Technical at Mastercard, specifically focusing on Agentic AI within the Services Business & Markets Insights (BMI) vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to support the evolution of products to include AI intelligence, working closely with a team of product managers and data scientists. Key Responsibilities: - Own the strategy and roadmap for AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Performance Intelligence. - Translate customer insights into products that drive significant customer value. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, and other teams to ensure architecture quality and alignment with business objectives. - Manage PRDs, backlog prioritizations, story writing, dependencies, and release planning. - Partner with Customer Experience team to design relevant features for clients. - Lead user research, experimentation, and validation of use cases. - Support go-to-market activities, customer enablement, and stakeholder alignment. - Mentor and develop junior product managers. Qualifications: - Experience in product management and end-to-end product delivery. - Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements. - Track record of collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products. - Proficiency in user research execution and analysis. - Strong execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - Good to have: AI expertise, specifically in Gen AI chatbot use cases. - Previous experience in the payments industry is a plus.
