About the role
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai (Work from Office) Joining: Immediate Experience: 36 Years MasterRV Designers LLP is looking for a creative and experienced Website Designer who can design modern, high-converting, and visually engaging websites for international clients. If you have a strong eye for UI/UX, understand user behavior, and can create premium website experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites. Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes. Design landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions. Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Improve website performance, usability, and user experience. Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and design systems. Work closely with the marketing team on conversion-focused designs. Required Skills 36 years of experience in Website Design. Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory). Excellent knowledge of UI/UX principles. Experience designing responsive websites. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout. Ability to create clean, modern, and premium website designs. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage. Experience working with WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or custom websites is preferred. Understanding of website performance and conversion optimization is a plus. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience designing websites for Corporate, Healthcare, Real estate, IT, Finance, SaaS, Private Equity, or Professional Services will be preferred.
