Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.: Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing projects. Ensure that all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and style guides.: Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver final designs.: Feedback and Revisions: Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas for feedback. Make necessary revisions based on feedback and gain full approval for final designs.: Stay Updated:Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design software. Incorporate best practices and creative design techniques into projects.: Requirements: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.: Proven graphic designing experience with a robust portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.).: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret client needs and feedback.: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.: Ability to work methodically, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.: Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.: Understanding of digital media and print production processes.: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.: Preferred Qualifications: Experience with graphics and UI design.: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.: Experience working in a cooperative team setting.: Ability to manage and pri .
