Job Title: Power Platform Development Lead Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune, India Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Role Overview/Job Responsibilities 10+ years of experience Key Responsibilities Platform Improvements Work Closely with the Platform Architect, IT leadership and the different teams to implement short and long-term enhancements to improve efficiency and overall health. Team Leadership Manage the two development teams and participate in the development processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, retrospective, etc. Ensures coding standards and coding conventions are followed as well as code reviews and other ALM activities are completed. Onboard new team members effectively, establish knowledge transfer processes before members transition off, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and runbooks. Act as an escalation point for any issues raised by business stakeholders and/ or IT management Development Own and deliver Power Apps and Power Automate work items within each sprint writing production-quality solutions that meet the teams standards for performance, maintainability, error handling, and ALM compliance. Contribute hands-on development capacity while balancing leadership responsibilities across the team.
