Kubernetes L2 Production Support Engineer

Type: Contract Location: Remote Rate: 6,500 per day Time: Night Shift Immediate Joiners only Summary: Provide L2 production support for a GenAI platform, focusing on Kubernetes-based environments, observability, incident management, and cloud-native operations. Required Skills: Strong Kubernetes operations & troubleshooting Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger, etc.) Cloud-native & containerized deployment experience Incident management & escalation handling Log and system metric analysis Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools Nice to Have: L2 support experience for AI/ML or GenAI platforms Exposure to vLLM, KServe, or model-serving frameworks Experience with no-code/low-code platforms Basic understanding of AI/GenAI, prompt engineering, agent frameworks Knowledge of MCP servers GitOps & CI/CD experience Note: GenAI evolves fast—strong infra/support skills matter most. GenAI domain expertise can be learned on the job.
