Quality Assurance Lead - Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities Lead and manage the manual testing efforts of the QA team in an Agile development environment.Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute test cases.Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.Provide timely and accurate reports on test progress, defect status, and quality metrics to higher authorities.Perform Functional, Non-Functional, GUI testing, Smoke, Sanity testing, Performance testing, Pen Testing, Monkey testing, Retesting & Regression testing.Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.To prepare daily Sprint reports.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in software testing and QA methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in software testing and QA, with a focus on manual testingMinimum of 3 years of experience as a team lead managing at least 5 team members in an Agile development environmentStrong understanding of Agile methodology.Experience with testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and APIsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExperience with test management tools, such as JIRA, AIO, Trello, etc.ISTQB certification is a plus.
