About the role
Role Overview: As a seasoned Manager for the Future State PLM transformation initiative, you will be responsible for assessing current-state PLM processes, gathering cross-functional business requirements, and defining the vision and roadmap for a scalable, future-ready PLM ecosystem within the CPG industry. Your role will involve serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives and support end-to-end product lifecycle processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the assessment and redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements. - Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for integrating FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems. - Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across various teams. - Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state. - Translate business needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements for future PLM solutions. - Support test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities for future state processes. - Lead project teams in the execution of PLM transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams to ensure transparency and alignment on project status. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline. - Experience: Minimum of 16+ years of experience in PLM systems analysis, implementation, and management. Proven experience with FlexPLM, Windchill, Thing Worx, and CAD systems. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. - Cultural Awareness: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones.
