Sr IT Security Analyst(IAM)

As a Senior IAM Engineer at Mattel, you will play a critical role in delivering secure and reliable identity services across the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include implementing, supporting, and enhancing IAM and PAM solutions. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure secure, seamless, and compliant identity services while driving automation to reduce manual processes. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and support enterprise IAM and PAM platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance. - Deliver identity lifecycle automation and support integrations across various applications. - Administer and maintain Privileged Access Management solutions. - Provide escalation support for complex IAM/PAM issues and integrations. - Lead threat detection and incident response activities. - Support compliance initiatives including User Access Reviews, audit reporting, and evidence gathering for regulatory frameworks. - Participate in disaster recovery planning, incident management, and risk remediation efforts. - Develop and maintain runbooks, workflows, and documentation for operational consistency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IAM services aligned with business and security objectives. Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management or cybersecurity operations. - Strong expertise with Okta Identity Cloud and Privileged Access Management solutions. - Administration-level experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud IAM solutions. - Experience with authentication and federation standards. - Familiarity with threat detection, incident response, compliance reporting, and audit evidence collection. - Solid background in scripting and automation. - Hands-on expertise with monitoring and analytics platforms for IAM/PAM service health. - Strong troubleshooting skills across platforms and cloud components. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Minimum Okta Certified Administrator. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in technology or applicable experience. - Okta Certified Administrator, Okta Consultant, or equivalent IAM certification. - Certification in CyberArk or comparable PAM technologies. - Experience with endpoint and server privilege management. - Experience with automation tools and disaster recovery planning. - Knowledge of modern identity security principles.
