Lead Engineer Mechanical Engineering - Boiler & Heat Exchanger

Job Summary: The role involves the mechanical design of boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other static equipment. The candidate should be well-versed with relevant design codes and standards, capable of performing mechanical design calculations using specialized software, and preparing fabrication drawings. Key Responsibilities: Design boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other static equipment as per applicable codes. Apply design standards including IBR, ASME Sec. I, ASME Sec. VIII Div-1, and ASME Sec. II. Perform mechanical design calculations using PV Elite for pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Prepare and review fabrication drawings using AutoCAD. Ensure compliance with IBR and U Stamp requirements. Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
