ASM/ Pick & Place Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Having knowledge and exposure to ASM Pick & Place Machines, ASM Printer Machines, X ray Vitronics Reflow, GETECH Router, PVA Coating, and X ray. - Experience with Programming and MES System. - Performing preventive maintenance activities on various machines such as SMT, AOI, Reflow oven, Dek, conveyors, and SPI machines. - Maintaining documentation on preventive maintenance and equipment activities. - Conducting continuous machine assessment activities and executing corrective actions. - Troubleshooting machines to ensure continuous production. - Responsible for machine development, program optimization, and inspection technologies. - Analyzing yield of SMT processes and defects to determine failure modes. - Developing, programming, maintaining, and improving SMT processes. - Ensuring effective utilization of machines by production and adherence to standard parameters. - Generating reports for all encountered troubles on the production line. - Engaging in cost reduction activities. Desired Candidate Profile: - Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical or B.Tech-Electronics/Electrical with 2-7 years of experience in the SMT Electronics industry. - Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
