Manager/Senior Manager IT & Digital Transformation (Jigani, Bangalore)! Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned IT Leader with 10+ years of experience in leading IT operations, digital transformation , and digitization initiatives within the manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure across multiple plants , driving efficiency, and enabling business growth through technology. Key Responsibilities Digital Transformation : Lead enterprise-wide digitization initiatives, including ERP modernization, Industry 4.0 adoption, and smart factory solutions. IT Strategy : Develop and execute IT roadmaps aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and resilience. Multi-Plant IT Management : Oversee IT operations across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring standardization, compliance, and seamless integration. Cybersecurity : Implement robust security frameworks to safeguard sensitive manufacturing and operational data. Vendor & Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with technology partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver cost-effective solutions. Team Leadership : Mentor and lead IT teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Process Automation : Drive automation initiatives to optimize production workflows and reduce downtime. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of IT leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven expertise in digital transformation projects (ERP, MES, IoT, Cloud, AI/ML in manufacturing). Strong background in multi-plant IT operations and enterprise system integration. Hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle ERP systems , industrial automation, and data analytics platforms. Excellent knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies . Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field . Certifications such as CIO, PMP, ITIL, or relevant digital transformation credentials are preferred.
