Job Title: Senior Software Developer Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with expertise in React.js, Next js,Tailwind css, website development, and CRM platform updates . The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and a passion for developing high-performance applications. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js , Next js,Tailwind css, Prisma. Work on CRM platform updates , enhancements, and integrations to improve business efficiency. Design and implement scalable, responsive, and high-performance web solutions. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to create seamless user experiences. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization . Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in software development. Ensure security, accessibility, and performance standards are met. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases for various business functionalities. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in React.js for web. Strong experience in website development and CRM platform updates . Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js , Next js,Tailwind css, Prisma, MangoDB and RESTful APIs . Experience with Git and Github, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems . Strong debugging, testing, and optimization skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
