BIM Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities Develop detailed electrical drawing sets in compliance with US standards. Perform conduit modeling and coordination, including lighting fixtures, devices, and equipment placement as per Design Development (DD) drawings. Interpret and work effectively from design and construction drawings. Create and manage Revit electrical families and work with point cloud data. Prepare conceptual, presentation, and working drawings aligned with project requirements. Set up and manage project files in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Docs. Support documentation workflows using Dynamo (automation scripting preferred). Execute BIM modeling and detailing from pre-construction through handover phases. Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed institution. 5+ years of hands-on experience in BIM detailing for US commercial construction projects. Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit. Proficiency in Navisworks and Bluebeam. Solid understanding of space planning principles (additional software knowledge is an advantage). Excellent collaboration, organizational, and communication skills. Willingness to work from the Pune office.
