About the role
Role : Base24 EPS Classic Technical BA Experience : 7+ Years of Experience Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in the payments domain as a Business Analyst, preferably in acquiringissuing or switch systems Hands-on experience with BASE24 (Classic or EPS) or other real-time card transaction switching platforms Strong understanding of creditdebit authorization flows, POSATM transactions, routing logic, and transaction lifecycle Excellent knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging, XMLJSON formats, host interfaces, and external integrations Ability to understand and interpret transaction logs, interface files, switch routing rules, and message-level troubleshooting Exposure to card scheme mandates involving Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay, JCB, etc Experience working in AgileScrum environments Strong communication, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to coordinate across business, product, QA, network scheme, and development
