About the role

As an Electrical Engineer in the food manufacturing industry based in Sonipat, Haryana, your role involves overseeing the functioning and maintenance of critical utilities such as HT/LT systems, gensets, plant instruments, sensors, detectors, coding machines, X-ray machines, MD machines, Checkweighers, and electrical systems of all machines including utilities. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and reduce energy consumption. - Planning, executing, and managing engineering projects, including installation, commissioning, and upgrading of equipment or infrastructure while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. - Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Maintaining an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize equipment downtime and optimizing spare part procurement processes. - Identifying training needs and developing programs to enhance the technical skills of the maintenance team. - Implementing and monitoring adherence to workplace safety standards, conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards like HACCP, ISO, or GMP, supporting audits and inspections, and regularly reviewing and updating maintenance-related quality documentation and processes. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
