Business Systems Analyst IV

As a Business Systems Analyst IV at our organization, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and designing system applications to meet the needs of the company and integrate with existing and future systems. You will consult with business stakeholders to identify current operating procedures, problems, and requirements. Your work will involve designing models, developing materials for analysis and solution development, and creating coding and logic specifications for developers. Your role will be highly independent, and you may also assume a team lead position within the work group. You will serve as a proactive business partner, enabling business through technology in an integrated enterprise systems environment. Additionally, you will understand current market trends and best practices to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a functional leader, team member, or Project Manager on multiple applications, technology projects, and strategic planning initiatives. - Be responsible for system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. - Formulate systems scope, estimates, and objectives considering industry best practices and new technologies. - Participate in project design reviews and seek constant improvement opportunities. - Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies to support strategic initiatives. - Act as a backup for other Business Systems Analyst IV and participate in system support activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline. May consider 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree. - Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems. - Proficiency with SQL and strong communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details: - Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment. - Ability to influence, assign work, and monitor follow-through. - Interacts frequently with peers to senior management. - Acts as a mentor and coach within the team. - Demonstrates expertise in tactical execution, project management, and business systems requirements definition. Certification and/or Licenses: - 1 ERP module (preferably SAP) Preferred Experience: - Experience with MES platforms like AVEVA System Platform and Traksys. - Familiarity with manufacturing operations and production performance metrics. - Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems and other relevant technologies. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JSON, C#, or others.
