Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Engineering . 2-4 years of experience as Project Engineering Manager on a project . 5-10 years of Project Engineering experience. As such,they must have in-depth expertise in project engineering as well as broad knowledge of the project engineering discipline within the engineering function.
