Senior Software Engineer I

Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of developing and maintaining the Client Identity Platform within a globally distributed, cross-functional engineering team. - Design, build, and scale high-performance, cloud-native solutions to ensure the security, reliability, and satisfaction of clients. - Work closely with full-stack engineers, SREs, DevOps specialists, data engineers, and QA professionals to optimize infrastructure, leverage Kubernetes and AWS serverless technologies, and contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of distributed systems supporting increasing traffic and usage demands. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer - Expert-level proficiency in at least one programming language: Golang, Java, or NodeJS - Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems in high-traffic environments - Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment - Familiarity with AWS serverless technologies - Strong understanding of scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems concepts - Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in production environments - Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with a global team Company Additional Details: The company values continuous learning, providing a learning and apprenticeship culture backed by structured programs to help employees grow.
