About the role
Technical Knowledge JavaScript, HTML, CSS plus understanding of data (SQL) Needs to handle product bugs and small enhancement requests and/or small product customization Able to take a bug description, work through possible areas to investigate, confirm/clarify the issue, recreate it and describe to a developer the issue Work with development to test/sign-off fix for bugs and regression test around the area Tasks Needs to handle product bugs and small enhancement requests and/or small product customization Able to take a bug description, work through possible areas to investigate, confirm/clarify the issue, recreate it and describe to a developer the issue Work with development to test/sign-off fix for bugs and regression test around the area For small enhancements it would be similar, but also include working with UK customer support/product to agree on what we are going to do
