Test Automation Architect

Role Overview: As an Automation Architect at MDLZ, you will play a crucial role in leading the enterprise automation platform with a focus on TOSCA and INT4. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing automation frameworks, managing automation engineers, defining best practices, integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines, maintaining the automation platform, ensuring security and vulnerability remediation, scaling automation with UI and API approaches, governing standards, acting as a technical SME, utilizing project management methodologies, and mentoring junior automation engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust TOSCA & INT4 automation frameworks - Direct responsibility of automation engineers - Define automation best practices, folder structures, and naming conventions - Orchestrate seamless integration of TOSCA with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools - Setup, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot automation environment - Collaborate with network, firewall, cloud ops, and vendor teams for tool integration - Work with CISO group and vendors to remediate vulnerabilities - Scale automation platform with UI and API / Virtual Services approach - Define and govern standards for consistent adoption of automation - Act as a subject matter expert for TOSCA Commander, DEX, and TDM - Plan and execute automation strategies, backlogs, and roadmaps using project management methodologies - Guide and train junior automation engineers Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience in managing automation infrastructure - Practical knowledge of CI/CD integration & tooling - Experience in Python scripting for automation scripts and custom extensions - Working knowledge of service virtualization, API testing, and INT4 - Understanding of on-prem and cloud-based execution environments Note: Certifications may be required for this role.
